AXA Swedish Harvest  (“AXA” or “we”) process personal data about the persons who visit and use AXA Swedish Harvest´s digital platforms and services.

AXA is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and strives to provide a high level of protection in all processing of personal data. AXA always processes personal data in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (1998:204), or any law replacing it, and the corresponding laws in the countries where Lantmännen’s Group companies (such as AXA) operate. This privacy policy describes how AXA processes your personal data and applies to all of Lantmännen’s web pages, mobile apps, social media platforms, campaigns and competitions (referred to below as “AXA’s Digital Channels”).

By visiting/using any of AXA’s Digital Channels, you consent to AXA processing your personal data as described below.

What is personal data?

Personal data is all information that directly or indirectly (i.e. together with other information) may be referable to a natural person who is alive. This means that a wide range of data, such as names, contact details and competition participant submissions, are personal data.

What kind of personal data do we collect and how is it used?

When you visit/use or communicate with AXA through AXA’s Digital Channels, we may collect data about you, including: name, postal address, e-mail address, mobile number and geographic location. If you take part in a competition, etc., that we arrange additional personal data that you choose to give us will be processed.

The personal data is collected: (i) so that we can communicate with you, (ii) so that we can administer competitions, prizes and marketing activities, and (iii) so that we can maintain, develop and improve AXA’s Digital Channels and the connected platforms.

Security measures to protect personal data

AXA is committed to ensure a high level of security for your personal data, therefore we have taken appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, dissemination or loss.

Restrictions in disclosing personal data 

AXA may engage external partners to carry out work on behalf of AXA, for example, to assist in marketing, analysing data and providing services. The performance of this work may result in AXA’s partners, both within the EU and outside the EU, gaining access to your personal data. Companies that process personal data on behalf of AXA always have to sign a separate agreement with AXA so that we can ensure a high level of protection of your personal data at our partners.

AXA may also disclose personal data to a third party, such as, the police or another authority, if it relates to the investigation of a crime or if we are obliged to disclose the information by law or a decision of an authority.

AXA will not disclose your personal data except than what is described in this section.

This privacy policy applies to all information that AXA processes about you within the scope of AXA’s Digital Channels. AXA’s Digital Channels may sometimes contain links to external websites or services that AXA does not control. If you follow a link to an external website, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with the principles that the site applies for processing personal data.

Right to information

You are entitled to ask AXA to cease to process your personal data at any time. In such case, please contact AXA at the address specified in Section 8 below. You are also entitled to submit once per year a written request signed by you to receive information about what personal data AXA has registered about you and to have any inaccurate data corrected.

AXA’s use of cookies

We use cookies at www.swedishharvest.com and www.swedishharvest.cn. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer to facilitate certain functions, such a navigating the website. We also use cookies to collect statistics about the number of visitors to the website and to get information about how the website is used. This information enables us to develop and optimise the website. Finally we use cookies to identify which adverts are relevant for you and to be able to evaluate our advertising campaigns. These cookies track, for example, if you have viewed an advertising campaign for Lantmännen’s Group companies on a different website and then visited AXA’s website.

The information we collect using cookies at www.swedishharvest.com and .cn is only for use by Lantmännen’s Group companies and not for use by third parties. Cookies are sometimes used to collect data that is considered to be personal data, such as IP addresses and information relating to the IP address, but no personal data that is directly referable to you as a person.
